Role Description
The Charter Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for developing and managing charter sales opportunities for private jet services. This position oversees the full sales cycle, including identifying prospects, preparing tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and closing charter agreements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, responding promptly to charter inquiries, and coordinating closely with operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Charter Sales Manager will monitor market trends, contribute to pricing and sales strategies, prepare regular sales reports, and support business growth initiatives in line with Arab Wings’ standards of safety, quality, and customer care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in aviation, travel, or hospitality.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
- Proficiency in market research, opportunity identification, and pipeline management to drive revenue growth.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and coordination skills to handle multiple inquiries and charter requests simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and standard office software.
- Understanding of aviation operations or private charter services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
