Averroes.ai builds AI visual inspection software for semiconductor, electronics, medical device, automotive, and solar manufacturing. Our newest product, VisionRepo (https://visionrepo.ai), is a self-serve platform where anyone can label visual data, train an inspection model from a handful of images, and deploy it via API. No data science team required.
This is a mid-senior, hands-on role. You own the number, not a roadmap of requests for someone else to execute.
What you'll own
- Inbound leads: own them from first touch. Qualify fast, respond fast, and close the loop on what came from which campaign
- Lead generation: build and run campaigns that create pipeline. Email outbound, content, and whatever else moves the needle. A to Z, no handoffs
- Growth for VisionRepo: signups, activation, and conversion through the self-serve funnel
- Launches: positioning, messaging, and execution for new products and features
- Analytics: set up and own Mixpanel. Define the events, build the funnels, and turn what they show you into the next experiment
Must-haves
- 4+ years in growth or demand generation marketing at a B2B company, with real ownership of a funnel
- Demonstrated experience launching new products, not just running programs on existing ones
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: CRM, sequences, and pipeline reporting. You've lived in it, not just logged into it
- Hands-on Apollo experience: prospecting, list building, and outbound sequences
- Hands-on outbound email experience: you can talk about reply and conversion rates you actually moved
- Hands-on Mixpanel setup experience (event tracking, funnels, cohorts). Not "I've looked at dashboards"
- Data-driven in practice: walk us through a funnel you diagnosed and what you changed
- Comfortable marketing a technical product to a technical audience
- Fluency in English is required, written and spoken
- Comfortable owning execution without a team under you
Nice to have
- Experience with SendGrid, Customer.io, or a similar ESP at volume
- Background in manufacturing, semiconductors, or industrial software
Logistics
- Fully remote. We're on Pacific time
- Work your own hours. You'll need to join meetings outside them occasionally

- Answer the pre-qualifying questions. These determine whether you're in range for the role, so answer them fully.
- Complete the AI interview with your camera on. Applications without a completed camera-on interview will not be considered.
