Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role based at Farabi Drug Store in Amman. The Secretary will manage daily clerical and administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and preparing basic reports. The role involves scheduling meetings, supporting executive administrative needs, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Secretary will also greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide customer service support to ensure smooth office operations. Collaboration with other departments and adherence to company procedures are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Clerical Skills, including document management, record keeping, and basic data entry.
