The primary role is Selling Zain Cash products and services involve employing persuasive arguments with prospective customers while maintaining positive business relationships for future sales and meeting sales targets. This includes prospecting potential customers, demonstrating market knowledge, and ensuring customer service satisfaction through effective customer profiling. Compliance with daily and weekly sales reporting is essential, as is coordinating sales efforts with Lead s and other departments. Continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms and reaching out to customers via cold calling are also integral to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Implementing corporate sales action plans and schedules to ensure specific targets and projected numbers of contracts are achieved
- Developing and maintaining corporate sales materials, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Maintaining and cultivating relationships with current and potential clients through meetings, calls, and emails
- Communicating new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to the relevant departments
- Identifying and resolving concerns raised by corporate clients in cooperation with the direct supervisor
- Gaining a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements and visiting potential clients to prospect for new business
- Negotiating, signing, and managing the renewal of contracts with corporate accounts to foster long-term relationships, while leading price negotiations based on guidelines and policies
- Following up on payment collection in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Conduct market research: Gather information about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Attend networking events: Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional contacts, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients
- Provide product demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of products or services to prospective clients through live demonstrations or virtual presentations to highlight their value proposition and address customer needs
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments.
- Track sales performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives, share market insights, and coordinate strategies to maximize sales success.

Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Telecommunications, or Digital Payments is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing corporate accounts and contract negotiation
