Job Vacancy: Customer Care Officer
Sama Telecommunications is looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Good knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and build strong relationships.
