Bigo Live - User operations advisor
Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain the platform's existing user base, including but not limited to event promotion, event execution, and daily operational data updates.
2. Develop a strong understanding of the platform's features and operational processes, and provide timely and effective support to help users resolve issues.
3. Build strong relationships with VIP users by understanding their needs and behavior. Handle communications professionally, address concerns, build trust, and improve user engagement and loyalty.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with VIP users, while collecting, organizing, analyzing, and managing user information.
5. Coordinate and execute operational campaigns based on the team's strategies and plans. Collect user feedback and report insights and suggestions to the operations team to support product and service improvements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Based in Amman.
2. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
3. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or User Operations. Experience supporting German-speaking users is preferred.
4. Passionate about the internet industry and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand user needs and proactively provide excellent service.
5. Proficient in Microsoft or Google Excel.
6. Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and provide effective solutions.
