Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality office administration and administrative assistance.
- Organize daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
- Manage document handling, basic record keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist with travel coordination and itinerary preparation when required.
- Respond promptly and courteously to client and stakeholder inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills.
- Proficient with office equipment and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
- Customer service experience with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or corporate services is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
