About The Role
The Strategy Execution Lead converts corporate
strategy into coordinated delivery and measurable results. The role translates
strategic priorities into objectives, initiatives, KPIs, milestones, owners,
and governance routines; monitors progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits;
and escalates decisions to senior leadership. It manages the annual strategy
deployment cycle and the monthly and quarterly review cadence, ensuring
corrective actions are assigned and closed. Leading the Strategy Execution Analyst
and Performance Analyst, the role maintains an integrated view of strategic
delivery and embeds execution discipline and accountability across the
organization.
Job Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the corporate strategy execution framework, translating approved priorities into enterprise
objectives, initiatives, KPIs, roadmaps, owners, milestones, and decision rights.
Lead the annual strategy deployment and business-planning cycle; cascade priorities and targets and validate alignment, feasibility, dependencies, resource requirements, and delivery ownership.
Govern the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives, requiring approved charters, business cases, delivery plans, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and expected benefits.
Run the strategy execution cadence, including monthly performance reviews, quarterly strategy reviews, initiative steering meetings, decision logs, and action follow-up.
Monitor delivery against plans and targets; identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional dependencies; facilitate recovery plans and escalate unresolved decisions.
Develop and govern the corporate KPI and OKR framework, ensuring clear definitions, baselines, targets, owners, data sources, reporting frequency, and alignment with strategic outcomes.
Analyze performance and initiative data to identify root causes and provide senior leadership with clear implications, decision options, and recommendations.
Track strategic outcomes and financial and non-financial benefits; assign benefits ownership and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons.
