We’re hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
String Education is an EdTech company building an all-in-one operating system for K–12 schools. We help school administrators manage daily operations and keep teachers, students, and parents aligned.
We are growing our commercial team in Amman and looking for an experienced SDR to support our sales pipeline.
Role overview:
As an SDR, you will research and prospect schools, run outreach through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, qualify interest, and book meetings and demos for the sales team. You will also keep the pipeline clean and updated in our CRM tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, and GoHighLevel.
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, SDR, or telesales.
B2B experience is preferred.
EdTech or school-sector experience is a plus.
Strong communication, phone confidence, objection-handling skills, CRM experience, and a results-driven mindset.

On-site in Amman
Saturday–Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports to: Sales Manager
Starting salary: 350 JD/month for the first 3 months, reviewed afterward based on performance.
Commission may be introduced later depending on results.
