The Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own the commercial relationship, delivery oversight, and customer satisfaction for an assigned portfolio of enterprise and government accounts. You'll drive retention, expansion, and on-time delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts, acting as the client's primary point of contact
- Build and execute 12–18 month account strategies covering renewals, upsell, and expansion opportunities
- Manage the full tender lifecycle — RFPs, RFQs, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Coordinate closely with technical, delivery, and operational teams to ensure customer solutions are delivered on time and to spec
- Lead regular business reviews, escalation management, and stakeholder communication at all levels
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
What We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years of account management or B2B sales experience, ideally in Fleet Management, Telematics, Mobility Technology, GPS Tracking, IoT, Telecommunications, or IT Solutions
- Proven experience managing enterprise and government accounts
- Strong understanding of public procurement and tender processes
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
