Are you passionate about building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving company growth?
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Amman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and promoting our healthcare technology solutions to clinics and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical software, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
Requirements
- Identify and approach prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell healthcare technology solutions to clinics, medical centers, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and monitor customer acquisition performance.
