Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive long-term client engagement by building trusted relationships with corporate clients, gaining deep insight into their financial requirements, strategic objectives and evolving business needs to deliver customized banking solutions and sustainable growth
- Recommend financing solutions suited to each client's needs, such as working capital, term loans, trade finance, and guarantees.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with credit risk, operations, compliance and internal stakeholder to drive operational excellence ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional client-focused banking solutions
- Cross-sell the Bank's products to grow revenue from existing clients, including treasury, cash management, and digital banking services.
- Monitor portfolio quality by regularly reviewing client performance and credit risk indicators.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations to keep documentation, approvals, and disbursement on track.
- Lead complex negotiations on terms and conditions with clients, ensuring agreements align with the bank's risk appetite and policies.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, industry developments, regulatory framework, and economic conditions to support strategic decision making and sustainable portfolio growth
- Achieve Outstanding revenue and portfolio growth by consistently exceeding performance targets while maintaining robust risk management standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking, with direct exposure to corporate clients and credit-related work.
- Relevant professional certifications will be considered an asset
- Good grasp of credit analysis, financial statements, and corporate lending practices.
- Familiarity with Central Bank of Jordan regulations on corporate credit.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Sound financial and credit judgment
