We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the CEO to support a fast-growing international group of companies operating across the Middle East. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about organization, execution, and excellence.
The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO, managing both business and executive support responsibilities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive documents.
- Coordinate with employees, clients, government authorities, suppliers, and business partners.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks across multiple projects.
- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries while prioritizing urgent matters.
- Assist with personal and business-related administrative matters as required.
- Be available to support the CEO outside normal working hours whenever business needs arise.
- Travel with the CEO when required throughout the Middle East and Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Valid passport with the ability and willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
Work Schedule
This role requires a high level of commitment and flexibility. The successful candidate is expected to be available to support the CEO seven days a week when business needs require, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. This is not a standard office role and is best suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic executive environment.
