Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our on-site team in Zarqa, Jordan. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our clients maximize the value of our platform, helping them grow their businesses through strategic guidance and marketing insights. This role goes beyond traditional support; you will act as a growth partner, analyzing data, improving client retention, and helping users optimize their online stores for maximum visibility.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of Marketing principles, SEO, and Google Search Console to optimize platform presence
· Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to track and manage key metrics, including NPS, Retention Rate, and Churn Rate
· Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
· Proven ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and drive satisfaction
· Fluency in English (Level B2/C1 is required)
· Based in or able to commute to our Zarqa office is a Must.
