Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our on-site team in Zarqa, Jordan, operating on a shift-based schedule. The specialist will be responsible for handling omnichannel client communications (including calls, live chat, and consistent follow-ups) while ensuring accurate, high-quality data management. A key part of the role involves managing and organizing product and service catalogs effectively to maintain a seamless platform experience.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in Customer Service, handling inbound/outbound Calls, live Chat, and rigorous Follow-ups
· Demonstrated, positive experience in Catalog Management (organizing and updating product data accurately)
· High attention to detail, strong data entry speed, and organizational skills
· Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
· Flexibility to work in a rotational shift system (including morning, evening, or weekend shifts)
· Based in or able to commute to our Zarqa office is a Must
