Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Sales Specialist role based in Amman. The Software Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, present QAID’s ERP, web and app development, and digital marketing solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up with leads and existing clients to support renewals and upselling opportunities. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements and providing ongoing support to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The specialist is expected to meet sales targets, monitor market trends, and contribute feedback that helps refine QAID’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Software Sales and Sales skills, with experience selling software or technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of Software and ERP concepts, preferably including Odoo or similar platforms.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Customer Service skills focused on building long-term relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Ability to analyze client business needs and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, resilience in a fast-paced sales environment, and commitment to ethical, inclusive practices.
