Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for driving business growth by promoting Ebtekar for Business’s consulting and setup services to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and understanding client needs in order to recommend suitable service packages. The role involves preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, negotiating terms within guidelines, and supporting clients through the onboarding process. The Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with consulting and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, including the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, trust-based client experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present services clearly and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in business setup, professional services, or related industries in the GCC region.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should be proficient in using CRM or sales management tools, and comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
