Your Impact
The Senior Supply Chain Logistics Manager is based in Jordan and reports to the Head of Operations.
This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the company's procurement, logistics, and warehousing functions while ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability across the end-to-end supply chain.
The successful candidate will drive supply chain strategy, oversee international and local logistics operations, manage supplier relationships, improve operational performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives to support Eon Dental's continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's supply chain logistics strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage procurement, logistics, and warehousing operations while monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee international and domestic logistics activities, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation planning, and carrier management.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and support contract management activities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service levels and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other stakeholders to support business growth and S&OP activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and effective warehouse operations through strong planning and inventory management practices.
- Lead, develop, coach, and evaluate supply chain teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable local regulations.
- Prepare and present supply chain performance reports, recommendations, and improvement plans to senior management.
What To Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant supply chain experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong experience across logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations.
- Proven experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization capabilities.
- Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar operational environments.
- CSCP certification or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain performance reporting.
