Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ERPNext / Frappe Solution Engineer to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of ERPNext across our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technology by translating policies, workflows, and operational processes into scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERPNext implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into ERP workflows and system controls.
- Configure ERPNext modules such as Finance, HR, Payroll, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and Assets.
- Design and implement workflows, approval processes, roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using the Frappe Framework.
- Build integrations with third-party systems through APIs.
- Conduct user training, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Ensure system governance, compliance, and process standardization across departments.
- Act as the internal ERPNext and Frappe subject matter expert.
Requirements:
- For Junior Level: 1–3 years of experience in ERP systems, software development, business applications, or system implementation.
- For Senior Level: 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
- Strong experience in ERPNext configuration, workflow automation, and business process design.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and Linux.
- Experience implementing multiple ERPNext modules in production environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERPNext/Frappe certifications.
- Experience implementing ERP solutions across multiple countries or regions.
- Knowledge of GCC and Levant business practices, accounting, payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Docker, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
