Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Process Management (BPM) and Digital Transformation projects.
- Conduct process analysis, process mapping, and business documentation activities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and process discovery workshops with clients.
- Develop and maintain process models using BPM tools (ARIS experience is a plus).
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Conduct research and analysis to support consulting engagements.
- Support process improvement and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Experience in process mapping, process improvement, and client-facing engagements
- Knowledge of BPM methodologies and tools (ARIS experience is a plus)
