Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Media Buyer role based in Amman, Jordan. The Performance Media Buyer will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels such as Meta, Google, and other performance-driven platforms. Responsibilities include managing daily budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting bids and targeting to maximize return on ad spend. The role involves analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients. The Performance Media Buyer will collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and strategists to align media plans with client objectives and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. The position also requires staying current on platform updates, performance marketing trends, and competitor activities to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing skills, including media buying, bid management, and optimization across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other key digital channels.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and measurement, including use of tracking tools, dashboards, and A/B testing to interpret data and improve performance.
- Experience with digital marketing fundamentals such as audience targeting, funnel strategy, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and account teams to develop effective ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations aligned with campaign goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex performance results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an agency environment or in managing multi-client performance campaigns is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous for working with regional clients.
