As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic, result-driven SaaS Sales Team Leader based in Jordan to lead our sales force dedicated to the US Market!
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Motivate: Supervise, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team targeting North American B2B clients, ensuring they exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• US Market Strategy: Implement effective inbound/outbound sales strategies tailored specifically to the buying behavior of US retailers, wholesalers, and businesses.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Oversee daily pipeline activities, lead tracking, and data hygiene within HubSpot, ensuring the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coaching & Demos: Conduct regular sales coaching, role-plays, and train the team on delivering world-class platform demonstrations, SMS/text outreach, and value-based selling.
• Deal Closing & Outreach: Step in to assist the team with high-value enterprise deals, optimize call/SMS performance using SalesMsg, and build strong relationships with US decision-makers.
💼 Requirements:
• Location: Preferred Zarqa or Amman.
• Market Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in SaaS/Tech sales, with at least 3+ years of proven experience successfully closing deals or leading teams in the US Market (E-commerce or Retail tech experience is a huge plus!).
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (for lead management and pipelines) and familiarity with sales calling/SMS platforms like SalesMsg is highly preferred.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work aligned with US time zones (EST/CST) as required by business needs.
• Language Proficiency: Flawless English (written and spoken) with a deep understanding of US corporate culture and communication styles.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership and people-management skills with the ability to keep teams motivated during non-traditional hours.
