Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Amman. The Sales Employee will identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, present company services and solutions, and maintain regular contact to build long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, preparing and delivering sales presentations, following up on leads, and responding to customer inquiries. The role also involves negotiating terms within company guidelines, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and contracts, and updating the CRM or sales records accurately. The Sales Employee will monitor market trends and competitors, provide feedback to management, and support sales targets through proactive, ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman and conduct regular client visits as needed.
- Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
