Business Unit Overview
Join our dynamic Deals Technology team as an AI Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with large datasets, adapt to changing business requirements, and build future-proof solutions grounded in solid software development practices and principles.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop novel AI models tailored for specialized use cases, incorporating state-of-the-art embedding techniques and LLM capabilities.
- Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring alignment with current infrastructure and business processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design backend systems and APIs that meet rigorous production standards and future growth demands
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze data
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
- Monitor and maintain AI systems in production
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and the latest best practices in AI, machine learning, and LLM application development
- Deploy and manage AI models using OCI services (a plus)
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Agentic RAG
- Experience with vector DB & SaaS vector DB (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant)
- Experience with Embedding Approaches and Embedding models (e.g., text-embedding-3-large, all-mpnet-base-v2)
- Experience with one or more open-source AI frameworks (e.g., Langchain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, Autogen, etc.)
- Experience with Prompt Pipelines & Agents: Ability to design complex prompt pipelines and multi-agent systems
- Experience with integrating and building MCP
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with LLMs API (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and Open Source LLMs and transformers (Hugging Face, Llama, etc.)
- Experience with robust backend services and RESTful APIs (e.g., with Flask/FastAPI or Node.js) to connect AI models with applications
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices
- 3+ years of experience (1+ year in LLM apps development)
- Experience with Model Fine-Tuning: Experience fine-tuning or customizing pre-trained AI/LLM models is a plus
- Experience with MLOps/DevOps: Experience with MLOps or DevOps for AI applications is a plus
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
- Deploy and manage AI models using OCI services is a plus
