Job Description & Summary
As an
HR & Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative operations, ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and a high level of employee experience across the organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervising daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company policies.
- Monitoring employee attendance, working hours, and overtime, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Overseeing payroll inputs, including overtime, allowances, and deductions, in coordination with finance.
- Managing employee records, ensuring all files and documentation are accurate, updated, and compliant.
- Leading the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, employee data management, and separation processes.
- Handling recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews with department heads.
- Managing employee relations matters and supporting a positive and productive work environment.
- Overseeing the performance management cycle, including KPIs, appraisals, training plans, and salary reviews.
- Leading learning and development initiatives to ensure training plans are executed and objectives are met.
- Administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other entitlements.
- Managing social security contributions, employee taxes, and ensuring full compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Supervising administrative services, including office coordination, facilities, and general support services.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities and service providers.
- Managing payroll administration processes, ensuring accuracy in data collection, calculations, and reporting.
- Preparing payroll reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable salaries.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Preparing HR and administrative reports, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements.
- Supporting initiatives to reduce absenteeism, improve retention, and enhance overall employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
