As a Territory Manager at ZenHR, you will be responsible for understanding and developing the assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling ZenHR’s Modules to existing customers and acquiring new business.

The Job - Territory Manager
What you'll be doing:
● Overseeing a team of Account Executives to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
● Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.
● Implementing and following sales policies and processes.
● Meeting planned sales goals.
● Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
● Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
● The ongoing training of your salespeople.
● Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
● Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
● Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
● Giving feedback and performance reviews of the sales team.
Who you are:
● Proven 7+ years of experience in sales or business development.
● Bachelors in business administration, marketing, or any related field is required.
● Excellent Arabic and English language skills
● Proven track record of successful sales performance.
● Experience in software, SaaS, and cloud solutions selling is a plus.
● Strong experience in sales, product management and leading sales team.
