Smile Travel is expanding its team and seeking dynamic professionals to join our Sales Team as Tourism Sales & Service Officers / Senior Officers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and tourism, with strong sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel products including airline tickets, holiday packages, visas, and Umrah services.
- Manage client inquiries before and after sales via phone calls, sales systems, and at sales counters.
- Deliver professional support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets through effective cross‑selling and up‑selling.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, sales, and client communication.
- Follow up on leads and potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Up to 3 years of experience in travel & tourism sales.
- Practical experience in reservation ticketing and holiday package bookings.
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales over the phone and in person.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to service excellence.
