We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply planning operations, inventory management, demand coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the supply planning team in preparing and monitoring supply plans to ensure product availability.
- Assist in analyzing inventory levels, stock coverage, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to track orders and delivery schedules.
- Help maintain accurate planning data and update reports on supply performance and inventory status.
- Participate in demand and supply review meetings and support data preparation.
- Monitor stock movements and identify potential risks such as shortages or overstock situations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and planning processes.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel and other planning tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
