Salary – 2,500 – 3,500 USD/month
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience within fast-paced or startup environments.
- Strong full-stack development experience with frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, and RDS is considered an advantage.
- Experience within e-commerce, marketplaces, PropTech, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.
- Experience building scalable web applications, internal tools, and customer-facing digital products.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong adaptability, learning agility, and willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities in a startup setting.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance customer-facing web applications and digital platforms.
- Build and optimize backend systems and frontend interfaces using modern development frameworks and technologies.
- Create internal tools and dashboards to support design, operations, and business performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Operations, and Leadership to deliver impactful product features.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new mobile applications and digital experiences.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments, including AWS services and related technologies.
- Support the continuous improvement of system performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, and product decision-making processes.
- Deliver high-quality code while balancing speed, scalability, and business priorities within a startup environment.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and take ownership of product and technical outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Saudi-based teams and support cross-regional business initiatives.
