Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer specializing in NestJs, Next.js, and React Native, based in Amman, Jordan. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end components of our e-commerce platform. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and optimizing APIs using NestJs, building responsive interfaces with Next.js, and developing mobile applications with React Native. The engineer will collaborate with a cross-functional team to solve complex technical challenges, ensure code quality through proper testing, and contribute to overall platform performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development, with focus on frameworks such as Node.js and NestJs
- Skilled in Software Development and Programming in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application
- Knowledge of Next.js and React Native for web and mobile application development
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with e-commerce development or marketplace platforms is a plus
