Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Leasing Administrator to support the onboarding and processing of new leasing customers. This role acts as the main point of contact between field teams, customers, and the corporate office to ensure accurate contract preparation, customer verification, and smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support field technicians and leasing representatives with customer onboarding
- Collect and verify customer information accurately and confidentially
- Process soft credit checks and eligibility verification
- Prepare and manage leasing contracts with high accuracy
- Handle electronic signatures and ensure all required documents are completed
- Apply correct tax rates, down payments, and promotional programs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Comfortable using CRM systems and e-signature platforms
- Basic understanding of percentages, taxes, and financial calculations
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
