Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Accountant supports daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily proposed payments
- Record and post invoices accurately in the system
- Handle accounting for vehicle purchase transactions
- Coordinate with departments on invoice processing and approvals
- Follow up on invoice collection with internal teams and suppliers
- Post entries in Ta7kum and ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Ta7kum is a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
