Role Overview
We are looking for a Life Cycle Marketer with strong hands-on experience in customer
engagement, CRM campaigns, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate must have at
least 2 years of direct experience using CleverTap, as this is a core requirement for the role.
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer engagement
campaigns across the full user journey, including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation,
loyalty, and win-back.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and execute life cycle marketing campaigns across onboarding, activation,
retention, reactivation, loyalty, and win-back stages.
● Build, manage, and optimize automated user journeys, segmentation, cohorts, funnels,
and campaigns using CleverTap.
● Create targeted campaigns across push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messaging,
WhatsApp, and other CRM channels.
● Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, campaign results, and cohort trends to
identify growth opportunities.
● Work closely with product, data, content, and design teams to develop personalized
customer journeys.
● Conduct A/B tests on messaging, timing, segmentation, offers, and channels to improve
engagement and conversion.
● Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention,
churn, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
● Develop campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of CRM and engagement
initiatives.
● Maintain campaign quality through proper testing, QA, tracking, and performance
reporting.
● Use customer insights and behavioral data to recommend improvements to the user
experience and marketing strategy.
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of experience in life cycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention
marketing, or growth marketing.
● At least 2 years of hands-on CleverTap experience is a must.
● Proven experience building campaigns, journeys, segments, cohorts, funnels, and
reports in CleverTap.
● Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, behavioral
triggers, and user journey mapping.
● Experience running campaigns across channels such as push notifications, email, SMS,
in-app messages, or WhatsApp.
● Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable
recommendations.
● Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
● Strong copywriting and communication skills.
● Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including product, data, design, and
tech.
● Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
● Experience with mobile apps, e-commerce, fintech, food delivery, marketplace, or
subscription businesses is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel,
Amplitude, or Looker.
● Experience building advanced CleverTap journeys, funnels, cohorts, and campaign
dashboards.
● Familiarity with personalization, churn prevention, win-back campaigns, and customer
lifetime value strategies.

Important Requirement
CleverTap experience is mandatory. Candidates without hands-on CleverTap experience
will not be considered for this role.
