About the Client:
Our client is a Kuwait-based diversified company operating across the Middle East, specializing in food manufacturing and distribution, FMCG, and healthcare services. With a vertically integrated business model, it manages the full value chain from production to distribution and catering, serving multiple markets across the GCC and beyond.
Role Description:
Manage production operations to meet targets, ensure compliance, and deliver quality products on time to support revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Plan and align production strategy, budgets, and schedules with company goals while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and capacity optimization.
- Oversee daily production, manage resources, resolve technical issues, coordinate with other departments, and ensure productivity, quality, and minimal downtime.
- Ensure health & safety compliance, support organizational initiatives, handle additional tasks, and contribute during operational or exceptional situations.
- Set team goals, manage staffing, coach and develop employees, and ensure performance and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate internally with departments and externally with regulators, suppliers, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant and managerial experience.
- Office-based role with occasional site visits and travel.
