Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registration Officer, based in Mafraq, Jordan. The Registration Officer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing regulatory documentation for product registration, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Tasks include liaising with regulatory authorities, maintaining records of registrations, and providing support during product audits. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the registration processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs, including preparing and submitting regulatory documentation for product registration.
- Proficiency in training and mentoring team members on regulatory requirements and processes.
- Strong writing and documentation skills to create accurate and compliant files.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or Chemistry is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or pesticide industries is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, both written and verbal, are required.
