About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales management ) sector specifically Food and nonfood products , strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:
