About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Planning Specialist to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. The role is responsible for preparing accurate reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and analyzing business performance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support decision-making and improve financial results. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or accounting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports, highlighting variances and key insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts
- Assessment of companies promotional activities on a monthly basis from a financial perspective
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and performance reports
- Monitor KPIs and conduct product profitability and margin analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support decision-making
