Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for web applications developed using PHP (Joomla & Laravel).
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts to ensure minimal downtime and rapid recovery by resolving issues through the ticketing system, while maintaining a monitored dashboard that allows the team to track tickets in real time.
• Support deployment and release processes, including testing and verification of updates.
• Assist in maintaining smooth front-end performance (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures for knowledge base updates.
• Participate in team stand-ups, report progress, and share insights for improvement.
• Contribute to code documentation, maintain organized files, and follow version control practices.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Basic understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for responsive design.
• Familiarity with at least one front-end framework or library (Bootstrap, jQuery; React is a plus).
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and proficiency in basic SQL commands.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts within a 24/7 support structure.
• Experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience or interest in AI technologies and chatbot development.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
• Understanding of software lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
