Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Officer located in Al Qastal. The CRM Officer will be responsible supporting sales operations through effective use of the Olives sales system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and follow-up. The position requires continuous coordination with sales representatives to monitor performance, track customer activities, and resolve operational issues. The role also involves preparing basic sales and financial reports, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and supporting management with timely insights to improve sales efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Olives sales system (mandatory)
- Strong follow-up and coordination with sales representatives
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic financial knowledge
