Position Overview:
Member of MSO support team.
He should be able to manage the Vendor Applications.
He should be able to communicate well with the customer.
He must regularly communicate with Offshore/Onsite for Reporting Purposes and to Provide On-Time Resolution.

Problems/Issues/Defects Recording and Dissemination
Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects
Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution
Problems/Issues/Defects Analysis
Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA
Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors
Application Maintenance
Provide necessary Application log to L3/SME & all required support to diagnose a reported problem
Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers
Pro-Active Communications (internal and external)
Bill run execution and Support
Deployment Support
UAT and Post-Production testing support.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Required Skill :
Telecom BSS Knowledge, SQL, MongoDB Query Language, Cassandra DB, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic/Java Basics.
Good Analytical Skills
Knowledge on Shell scripting
Knowledge on Rancher and Docker is an advantage.
