Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a Customer Success Officer. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive customer relationships
- Experience in customer support with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage customer experience
- Knowledge of customer service best practices to support customer retention and loyalty
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements- 0–2 years experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT sector or with Oracle technologies is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required)
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Project management, Excel, and Planner knowledge
- Strong time management, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
