📌 We’re Hiring | Social Media Specialist (Agency Experience)
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with proven agency experience to manage marketing campaigns for clients of a business and marketing solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire client journey starting from the moment the contract is signed
- Manage clients’ social media accounts with a high level of professionalism
- Act as the main point of coordination between:
Content team
Design team
Advertising team
The client
- Translate client goals into clear execution plans and ensure proper implementation
- Daily follow-up and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Prepare clear, periodic performance reports and present results to clients
- Maintain an exceptional level of communication and client experience
Requirements:
- Strong previous experience in Marketing Agencies (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of social media management beyond posting
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and ownership skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high quality
- Leadership mindset with strong decision-making abilities
