Job Title: Remote Towing Dispatcher
Location: Amman, Jordan (Remote – serving Toledo, Ohio, USA)

We are a fast-growing towing and roadside assistance company based in Toledo, Ohio, delivering reliable, round-the-clock services. To support our 24/7 operations, we are expanding our remote dispatch team in Amman, Jordan, and are looking for experienced Towing Dispatchers who can work flexible and rotating shifts to ensure full coverage.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Remote Towing Dispatcher with hands-on towing industry experience. This role is critical to maintaining continuous coverage across multiple daily shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be responsible for coordinating tow truck operations, managing service requests, and ensuring timely dispatch using the Towbook system.
Shift & Coverage Requirements
- Dispatch operations run 7 days a week
- Shifts are scheduled to ensure continuous coverage, including:
- Early shifts
- Late evening / overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Weekly hours will vary based on the assigned schedule and operational needs
- Flexibility and reliability in shift coverage are essential for this role
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch tow trucks and roadside assistance vehicles using the Towbook system
- Assign and monitor service calls to ensure timely and efficient response
- Communicate clearly with drivers, providing instructions and resolving issues in real time
- Handle incoming customer calls and service requests with professionalism and urgency
- Track driver locations and vehicle status using GPS tools within Towbook
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, service records, and driver activity reports
- Coordinate closely with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver high-quality customer service and handle complaints or emergencies calmly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the towing or transportation industry
- Strong working knowledge of Towbook (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment during urgent situations
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
