About The Role
This is a
senior-level, leadership role focused on architecting, developing, and optimizing highly scalable full-stack applications powered by AI. You will own the entire pipeline, from designing robust back-end systems that handle high-volume AI inference to building intuitive front-end interfaces. You will also
mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in MLOps and system reliability.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable back-end systems optimized for real-time AI inference and large datasets.
- Drive strategy for integrating complex machine learning models into production environments (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, etc.), ensuring low latency.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers on full-stack development, MLOps best practices, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement advanced front-end components that seamlessly visualize and interact with complex AI outputs (predictions, confidence scores).
- Own the implementation of API security, data privacy measures, and implement advanced caching and fault tolerance strategies.
- Contribute to high-level technical decisions and align AI software development with the broader product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Expertise)
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack software development.
- Architecture: Proven experience in architecting and deploying production-grade, scalable AI/ML integration pipelines (MLOps).
- Technical Depth: Expert proficiency in developing robust APIs and back-end services with high-performance requirements.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, solve ambiguous technical challenges, and mentor team members.
- Core Technologies: Deep practical experience with relevant front-end frameworks, back-end languages, and ML deployment tools.
