Position Overview:
The Data Analyst & AI Engineer is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and driving intelligent automation within Jerusalem Insurance. This role combines data analysis, visualization, and AI engineering to support business decision-making and enhance customer experience.
The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics dashboards and data pipelines. In addition, the role includes ownership of the company’s AI chatbot, ensuring it delivers accurate, consistent, and user-friendly interactions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Data Analytics & Visualization
o Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
o Utilize Microsoft Fabric to design and manage data flows, integrations, and analytics models.
o Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
o Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across reporting platforms.
· AI Engineering & Automation
o Design, train, and maintain AI models to support data-driven insights and automation initiatives.
o Manage, optimize, and continuously improve the company’s AI chatbot, ensuring accurate responses, natural interactions, and seamless integration with internal systems (CRM, claims, etc.).
o Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning and generative AI into business operations (e.g., predictive analytics, customer support automation).
· Data Management & Governance
o Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
o Support the design of scalable data architectures within Microsoft Fabric.
o Document data models, workflows, and analytical processes for transparency and maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge: Power BI, Fabric, AI/ML Frameworks
- Skills: Strong Analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Attributes: Strong communications, Ready to Learn, Handling multiple projects
