Role Description
EvoKey is seeking a Laravel Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using Laravel.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
- Implement secure authentication, APIs, and integrations with third-party services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Solid understanding of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
- Basic knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience using Git and modern deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
