Job Purpose
The AI Agent Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain intelligent AI agents that automate core business processes (recruiting, marketing, client experience). This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and n8n, with deep integration experience across GoHighLevel (GHL), Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Encompass. The position reports directly to the Co-CEO, Retail Production & Growth – Premier Lending, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Build multi-agent workflows using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or CrewAI.
- Integrate agents with GHL, Encompass, Teams/Outlook, and Power BI via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Develop secure agent “toolkits” including API actions and OCR/QR-based document intake.
- Implement monitoring, error handling, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Data Scientist to connect predictive models.
- Document architectures, prompts, and playbooks in Notion or Trainual.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), REST APIs, and JSON schemas.
- Experience with LangChain or CrewAI (or similar frameworks).
- Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with n8n, Power Automate, and webhook orchestration.
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Power BI datasets.
- Familiarity with GHL and Encompass APIs, OCR/QR tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English at an advanced level and copy creation skills Background in mortgage, finance, or high-ticket lead generation is preferred.
- Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM Amman time)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (FIRST 90 DAYS)
Deploy 2 internal agents (Recruiting + Marketing) within 60 days. Maintain agent uptime ≥ 98%; error rate Connect agent logs to Power BI within 75 days. Complete documentation for 100% of agents and playbooks by day 90.
COMPENSATION & LOCATION
- Full-time, based in Amman, Jordan.

- On-site position in Amman, Monday to Friday, from 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Amman Time).
