Job Purpose:
Ensure compliance with instructions and processes in the aircraft maintenance manuals, JORAMCO Internal Procedures Manual (IPM), and Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve documentation errors or omissions, collaborating with hangar management, engineers, and mechanics.
- Provide coaching and guidance on correcting maintenance activities and documentation discrepancies.
- Collect non-compliance data, conduct trend monitoring and basic analysis, and generate reports.
- Provide weekly summary reports to the Vice President and produce monthly performance summaries and presentations.
- Maintain proficiency in Part 145 regulations and JORAMCO IPM/MOE, and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in environmental protection programs and report environmental-related non-conformities.
- Adhere to company systems, policies, and procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Category B1 licensed aircraft engineer with approvals on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.
- Minimum 10 years of aviation maintenance experience, including base/heavy maintenance and supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145 aircraft certification, quality and safety management systems, and aviation auditing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Culturally sensitive with a diplomatic and mature approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, and to read, interpret, and explain maintenance data.
