As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of helping our clients succeed with Make Work Flow’s solutions. You will combine technical expertise, process consulting, and client engagement to ensure smooth implementations and measurable results. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll guide projects from workshops to go-live, train client teams, and ensure adoption of our tools across shopfloors and supplier networks.
Tasks
Implementation & Integration
- Lead client projects from intro workshop to go-live using MWF’s structured rollout methodology.
- Configure and set up flow® SaaS and hardware (RFID scanners, terminals, dashboards).
- Support integrations with ERP, PLM, and supply chain systems via APIs.
Client Training & Adoption
- Run on-site and remote workshops (flow.start, flow.sprint) to align processes and onboard client teams.
- Deliver engaging training for operators, managers, and executives.
- Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases.
Process Optimization & Value Delivery
- Analyze client workflows using lean principles (5S, visual management, workflow mapping).
- Customize dashboards, automations, and KPIs to meet client goals.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements that maximize ROI.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between clients and our product/engineering teams.
- Gather feedback to shape product enhancements.
- Support Sales with pre-sales demos, pilot projects, and technical expertise when needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or production process optimization (SaaS or manufacturing background preferred).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and/or IoT hardware.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with both shopfloor teams and C-levels.
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Willingness to travel internationally for client workshops and implementations.
