Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s services, increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage online campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Content & Campaign Management
• Lead content creation for social media, website, blogs, and online campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
• Performance & Analytics
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, and lead generation.
• Identify trends and insights to improve future campaigns.
• SEO/SEM & Website Management
• Oversee website performance, content updates, and user experience optimization.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
• Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and site health.
• Social Media & Community Engagement
• Develop strategies to grow social media presence and engagement.
• Manage online reputation, respond to comments, and build communities.
• Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
• Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in [fitout/interior design/construction/F&B/retail — adjust to your industry].
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/Odoo CRM, and other marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to deliver innovative digital campaigns.
